Alexey Troitzky study

Alexey Troitzky (1866-1942) is considered as one of the greatest composer of chess endgame studies ever. In his lifetime, Troitzky composed over one thousand chess endgame studies. The example is taken from his book “Collection of Chess Studies”

To solve this study try thinking out of the box.

    Chess study 30. Why is this a draw? After 2.Kf3 black promotes.

      black promotes but it’s stalemate.
